http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20090803/ap_on_go_ca_st_pe/us_cash_for_clunkers Read the article carefully, from the transportation department: "...80 percent of the traded in vehicles are pick-ups or SUVs..." So if I hear anymore complaining about cars being wrecked in this program from anybod...

Re: Dodge 600 Coupe

Re: Car Show Pictures

I really hate it when cars have their hoods up car shows, it makes it so you can't take a picture of it which is really annoying to me since I all I do is photograph cars, espeically at car shows. I don't see the point of it either, I go to a car show to see a car not an engine with a bunch of ugly ...

Re: K-car steering wheel evolution

Yeah, my parents had a 1990 Voyager a while back which had the "fifth wheel" from my first post, it was extremely sticky espcially on hot humid days and would also collect dirt, the entire outer rim had black streaks all over it, it was quite nasty and annoying to drive. Gave that car to a...

Re: Its not an exact science. Rare here and not there.

Erm... restored? Are you sure you want to use that word? I doubt any of them are "restored" as no one in their right mind would restore a Cavalier. They are probably just kept in nice condition from new (it's not that hard to do in California, other than the paint problems from the sun). B...

Re: K-car steering wheel evolution

The base 84-86 wheel looks incredibly similar to the base 87-88 wheel. Just a little more squared off. Thanks for the picture, btw.

Re: Five LeBarons on Ebay

There's nothing wrong with tan, it's a very nice color. From some of the pictures it looks more gold though, which is also quite nice.

Re: K-car steering wheel evolution

Can anyone find a picture of the base wheel from 1984-86? Then we will have all seven of the main ones.
