1st K car parts installed on my Laser

My G body consist of mostly J body parts but now has a heater core and blower motor from a k. So now it's a G,J,K, and P body car. Oh yea, the frt rotors are from a Masi TC. Of course parts from PolyBushing and Turbo's Unleashed add to the mix as well as a custom tune by Chris Jensen of DC Performan...

Re: Chrysler 2.5s don't make 300,000? Oil blowback.

With 20" of vacum at idle, I wouldn't say the car's worn out. I'd buy the car for the old lady since she drives like granny anyhow. Road test with my scanner showed the cars still in desent shape, TPS voltage seem low at .66 compared to my Turbo's .90-1.00 volts. But I don't kmow the specs for ...

Re: Look what I found!!! Oil blowby Allpar article.

so that makes 86 and down winners... 89 was the worst year in my book for 2.2 and 2.5. I also think that 89 engines have slightly less power than the tall deck 2.5's You don't know shit, 89 was the yr they made the common block motors- MUCH STRONGER. No way in hell would I have anything older in my...

Re: Car is not any better. 1 step forward/backward. Advice.

Car has 20 inch of vac at idle, vac isn't a problem. Fuel related problem makes more sense since the dead O2 was black. Next step, check plug condition, tap in fuel pres gauge, check injectors spray pattern. AIS motor works, verified with scanner. All selinoids work alot.

Re: Replaced Fuel Filter, Now won't start. 89 Plymouth Relia

Try cleaning the connection at the fuel pump, my Kids 86 Lebaron had a no start due to a dirty connector there. If the punp runs the ASD relay is good. Try putting the old filter back on, maybe the new one has a restriction in it.
