I'd love the romance of a cross country trip in the convertible, and I know the old girl would make it there and back. Alas, I fear that time has robbed me of my ability to undertake such a trek; if I announced an journey such as this, my wife and kids would likely have me committed 'ere I left the driveway. Years ago I had friends in Anaheim, last I was out there was '77. But I thank you for the offer to hang out, I'll raise a glass to your health tonight. Perhaps we'll all meet in Wisconson, or some other mid point (I'm no geography major, is that mid point?) some day.

I'm holding out that you will want to hook up with the old Anaheim friends again! I don't do Wisconsin, but I do get down to New Orleans quite a bit. My reservation, or what left of it, is 30+ miles south of New Orleans and I still go down there and volunteer, especially after Katrina. I'm telling you, the convertible would look good on the West Coast, just think of all the photo backdrops! We can at least have that toast..."Here's to you my friend!"
