Electrical Glitch 86 2.2 turbo convertible

Not sure what's wrong here. Car ran perfect, parked it for about 2 weeks in a dry but humid garage.
Went to start today and all I get it 3-4 relays clicking rapidly in the "RUN" position, and buzzing from the starter relay in "START" position.
Cleaned terminals and tried different battery with same results. Battery has 12.7 volts, all other electricals work.
Just weird behavior from the relays and no start.

Any tips?

Bad ground at eng. or body. Run extra grds.

Hit the nail on the head. It was the ground between firewall and intake. Will have to relocate it or stuff a larger screw in there.
