BOUGHT THIS SUMMER A T&C CONVERTIUBLE WITH 7000 MILES ON IT. THERE WAS A FACTORY MODIFICATION THAT WASNN'T DONE ON MY CAR THAT RELIEVED THE VAPOR LOCK FROM THE FUEL RESERVOIR. NONE OF THE MODIFED RESERVOIRS ARE AVAILABLE. WE SOLVED THE HARD HOT START PROBLEM BY REMOVING IT AND CONNECTING THE FUEL DIRECTLY TO THE CARBURETOR FROM THE PUMP. ANY THOUGHTS, THE MODIFIER HAD AN EXTRA OUTLET THAT FED BACK TO THE TANK SO IT WOUDN'T COLLECT AND BOIL IN THE LITTLE RESERVOIR. AT 5000 FEET TO START WE WOULD GET IT EVERY TIME WE DROVE THE CAR.
