So today I went and bought a new battery, thinking that was the only issue keeping my caravelle from turning over. Yes, I have put fuel into it. Sprayed seafoam into the carburetor and it turned over, ran for 5-10 seconds, and spewed white smoke from the exhaust. (Seafoam burns as a white smoke)
