It's alot more fun to do repairs with you understand what you're working on. heres a great site I ( even thu I am auto tech by trade ) refer to;

Butch...I really enjoyed meeting you and your other club members on Tuesday evening. Rick and I enjoyed the exchange of technical info, and that was super cool of you and your friends to work on Guy's car. I will definitely try to make it back for next month's meeting.
