Personality conflicts on the board. Heads up people.

I just got involved with counseling a member because of what he said, or she said, or what happened, or what should have happened, or who is at fault, or who is an ".."hole or i...............

Point is, I should have not gotten involved, except to state this one simple rule:

PERSONAL ATTACKS, NAME-CALLING, SWEARING WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.

1ST OFFENSE=Warning
2ND OFFENSE=Major warning
3RD OFFENSE=Temporary eviction from the board

I WILL NOT TOLERATE DISUNITY AND DESTRUCTION OF THIS CLUB BECAUSE PEOPLE FEEL THEY HAVE TO ACT OUT SINCE THEY ARE SEPERATED 1000S OF MILES BY CYBERSPACE.
We have a lot of good people here who bring stuff to the table, including that somebody that such and such wants to get rid of or whatever. I am not playing nursemaid. I will be on the
lookout for posts inappropriate on a public forum. These will be the ground rules so we will have no more misunderstandings.
