This was very sad news. As a club leader, you make friends. Please read and someone here buy the last 400 4dr Sedan:

Here we have probably the sole surviving 1983 Dodge 400 4dr K-Car Classic in all of Southern California. 140,000 miles on the Mitsubishi 2.6 engine.
1 of perhaps 40 still on the road in USA, except this one hasn't ran in 10 years. It has been in the driveway since 2002. The body is still in good shape, interior
good, and no real rust. It has been outside in a dry climate. For you Mopar lovers, this classic car could be a great project. Drop in a turbo engine, make the car into
a woody, add a continental kit, etc. I would prefer it if some collector bought this car and joined the Chrysler K-Car Club at www.chryslerkcar.com, the club that collects these cars. The former owner
of this car was a good friend of mine, collector, and am saddened at his passing. Now everything has to go. Would be a tragedy to lose the last 400 4dr sedan to the junkyard.
If interested in this car, which was also in the show Cold Case, contact Shad at 818-720-6227 or Guy, CKCC Pres, at 818-219-2587. Please view pictures below of the car taken from the studio lot in 2008. A very rare
color combo and car has so much potential to be a rare modified classic. Add wood to it, turbocharge it, etc. I don't want this car clunked. If you buy this car, you get free club membership.

I haven't seen, heard, or found any 4dr 400 in SoCal since 2008. And only one surfaced in North California in 2010.

It looks like it's been moved to a car lot? Does that also mean anyone has tried to start it?

That famous car lot picture is from the 2008 Cold Case TV Episode The Dealer, of which the CKCC provided 12 K-cars for the studio lot. We had only 200 members then. The dead car was towed and left there for two days, and it made the owner $600. It was one of our best memories. 8-)
