Chrysler K-Car Club lawsuit against yard. UPDATE.

Postby 89ARIES » Mon Jan 06, 2014 8:46 pm

Folks,

We left in an age when the auto hobby is seriously endangered, More important, this junkyard lied and destroyed the only transportation for one of our members. It is really worse than getting stuck with a fictitious parking ticket. Read below:

Chrysler K-Car Club: Potential lawsuit
for theft of club member's 1985 limo.
Monterey, California.

Our club member had his limo towed for no
registration. He went to the junkyard to retrieve
it. He asked the yard to hold it for one or
two days. They agreed, but lied. They went ahead
and crushed the car without his knowledge. This was
one of three sole surviving 85 limos in California.
We are going to sue.

UPDATE: The tow truck driver is now saying the car was not worth $4000 because he said the car
is a New Yorker. Because there is a lack of verifiable info on the internet about this car, despite are evidence of pricy sales ads, it is unclear at this point if our client will get any financial compensation at all. I do hope he gets what he is suing for and these junkyards start learning to be customer friendly orientated for a change.

Yours truly,
Guy V.Coulombe
