East Coast guys invading "Super Stallions of the Net" Day

Postby guyd_15 » Sun Mar 22, 2009 8:42 pm

Bunch of guys are planning on crashing the "Super Stallions" of the Net Day at Cecil County Dragway on April 25th.

There should be a 9 sec. Shadow, a couple 10 sec. Omnis and Horizons and a plethora 11 and 12 sec cars. Heck maybe, I can take Mom's Caravan and see if it's got a 13 sec pass in it.

Last time we invaded the Camaro and Firebird meet after seeing how our cars ran they parked almost all their cars and switched to a car show format.........

I'll try to get some pics to post.

My friend has a turbo mazda 626, and doesnt think that a turbo charged 2.2 or 2.5 can take on a V8 well i showed him videos on youtube and his jaw just dropped, and i said to him " never underestimate a chrysler 2.2 or 2.5"

Don't be so sure....My 1986 GLH-t is a 60,000 mile survivor. Next time I get it cleaned and polished I'll post some pics. it's nice and pretty quick to boot.

The wife's 1989 Turbo Caravan is mighty fine looking also!
