I suspect it is. In fact, wish I had the money at hand, I'd check it out (don't you just hate that last week of the month before payday :| ). But figured if this was really a good price, I should at least get it posted so someone here could have a chance at it.

Yeah, seeing what a decent one goes for even on ebay, I thought it had to be an awfully good price. I just hate it when something like this comes up and I can't do anything about it. I told my wife I was going to start a slush fund just for these occasions. Course I'll probably be spending it as fast as I save it.

There's been a couple around L.A. going for the same price. Bad time to be broke.

I really don't understand why it is so incredibly cheap. A timing belt is a relitively inexpensive repair I thought and it looks to be in quite good condition, though I suppose it could have some blemishes that are more visible in person. It also doesn't show a pic of the interior so it could be completely shot, the vinyl and leather seats do not age well over 25 years unless taken care of perfectly.

It's cheap because of the recession, you can't eat a car but $500. will buy alot of food.

Why are they all so darn far away from me! I'd grab it in a heartbeat, but the logistice of getting it to NJ would cost me dearly. Parts alone, it's worth every penny.
