Nice...went to the link and searched Lebaron on E-bay.....someones got an 84 Convertible and the starting bid is $20,000. Somebody's overmedicated!

It might just be a type error with the decimal point. In the description it says that a mechanic said the body alone is worth $1500.

Well, I didn't think about that. Considering how some folks value their "stuff", I thought maybe he thought he had a rare bird, and was trying to make a killing..........

Com'n, any engine can be reliable with the right mechanic. I'd say since the 2.6 is a deal killer for most, buy it and drive it only 20 miles a week. In California, our oldest two TC Wagons from the club are 84 model years with 2.6s. They both look like this one and run extremely smooth. The 82 and 83 are extinct out here. Never found one. Someone needs to save this 82. One of the best preserved examples. 8)

ihave a gorgeous 1982 for sale!always garaged...my parents babied it !all original. White woody with gold interior . Always hand washed. Orig tranny,original paint original 2.6 engine., A beauty!!
