I wish I could find a parts car with this color interior. I need some interior plastic, particularly an ash tray. But this car is way too good to take stuff off of. This should go to a collector. The only thing I see wrong is the missing trim piece on the passenger side front fender.

I had some concerns on that car with the blotchy paint areas, and missing & damaged trim. But what is most interesting to me is that the interior carpet and motor look as if they were very dirty and were just steam cleaned. Might be a great car, but I would have to inspect in person and sadly offer less than the opening bid.

Not so my grandparents had an 82' Aries and it had a blue valve cover as well I think it may have been an option if someone could verify?

I think only the '81 2.2 had the blue valve cover, maybe some early '82;s got them too. Like many older cars, things get swapped around over the years, anything is possible.

ya 1981s and some early 82 models had a blue valve cover, i think the silver and black is much more appealing. the first time i learned that the 82 2.2's were blue was in a 1981 dodge omni 024 i asked my dad why this ones blue, he said that all 1981's were like that.
