$400 for an old damaged car in Ca? High price of scrap metal now or some kind of California clunker rebate program or just because the car is in otherwise good condition?
If it is a 1985 model, I'll buy the grille from you. Willing to pay at least $100, plus shipping. Let me know. Thanks. Unfortunately, can't use any other year except 1985.
Car is an 86 conv. J/yard paying $400 for any complete car regardly of condition and $450 if driven in. I'll strip it of the gas tank ( can use it for my Laser ) turbo, starter and P/S rack and they'll never notice upon pickup since those parts aren't seen until it gets to the yard. HAHA
This is truly sad, as the previous owner was one of our first members, Rick Hamilton, who had put a lot of money into the car in parts and modifications. It was a very nice car for a while. It was at two of our Fling meets back in the day.
