1983 Plymouth Reliant For Sale -Grandma's Car
Posted: Tue Oct 15, 2019 3:14 pmSelling my mother's 1983 Reliant. She bought it new and drove it until we took it away from her in 2011. I have maintenance records through 2007 and she took excellent care of it. My niece drove it for a year, but decided it wasn't her style. It has been stored in a pole bar since that time, up to 2 weeks ago. My intention was to touch up the body, but my body man buddy dropped out, and I have no skills. Now I'm moving and have no place for it, so I must sell it.

Interior is PERFECT, like brand new.
Small crack below line of sight in windshield.
Rust on bottoms of door, starting around rear side marker lights.
Started right up with a couple shots of starter fluid.
Brake line leak, Gas line leak, exhaust is hanging on by a thread. Nephew looked underneath and said "Not bad!". No problem jacking it up to change the tire, trunk is solid. I haven't checked the AC.
I'm not a mechanic. Asking $800.
