A new member from Phoenix, Arizona has asked to be parts sponsor for my club. I have not talked to him yet, but he claims to have extremely rare K car parts. He goes by the name marty mopar. If your old fascia is not too badly damaged, you might be able to have it restored. The fascia is nothing but fiberglass that is susceptible to cracks and chips. I have the same issue with my fascia. You have to be careful around that area when working under the hood. You also might be able to pick up a used fascia from a junkyard and have it painted white. Anyway, try this:

It is delicate fiberglass. It can be sanded and new fiberglass can be applied. However, I am not sure how to do it. You can do it yourself or consult a fiberglass professional.
