I am looking for black plastic shock tower caps. Anyone know of a source for these other than a junkyard run?

Did they all have these? What year? Does this cover the front strut unit bolts? I could not find it in 82 parts book.

I guess that explains things. I think your 86 or 88 engine compartment photo was the only K-car that I found them on. I could not seem to find them in my 88 parts book either listed for the K-cars. But maybe I overlooked them. They do have a part number for the cap listed for the the 88-91 C-body cars. (My dad's 91 Chrysler New Yorker Fifth Avenue has the caps.) Do you think that is the same part? Arizona parts has them listed and in stock, but it does not mention that it fits any K-car models.

Thanks for the info. I have observed many Ks. There seems to be an inconsistency as to availability of these caps, irregardless of model or make of K. It almost seems as though Chrysler's installation was hit and miss. Maybe just a lot of breakage at shock replacement time. It"s confusing. Anyway, I'll check out Arizona Parts
Thanks again.

They're on my coupe and my convertible, not on my wagon or my old 88.
