Hello Eddie;
I also have a 1983 Dodge 400 convertible. Mine is white, white top, white and red interior. I have just completed some major engine work on mine and made is road worthy again. For the first time in eight years it has passed the emision tests up here in Vancouver and can be licensed for the road! I would love to see some pictures of your car. Their are only approx 4,400 Dodge 400 convertibles made in 1983 so they are becomingpretty rare!

Good to here from you

Off topic here but I noticed you mentioned the emission tests. You must have some different rules in BC because here in Ontario I don't need an E-test anymore. Just I find that odd...

Yes here in B.C. all cars must pass an emission test, including older/vintage cars. When I was thier having my car tested a fellow in a 1938 cadillac was waiting in line! Tha test is a cash grab for older cars as their are no emission standards for older cars so what is the point, really?

I noticed that too, in Ontario E Tests not required after 20 years, and while we are off topic, any clubs around Guelph, I'm just over an hour away in Barrie.

And on the topic, now I have joined the club I am always on thee lookout for K's but they are rare.
