It's corporation owned and supported by Chrysler Canada, its hard to find the person to talk to about these things, took this at the Blue Jay's home opener, in Toronto.

Well, your probably the only one who might be able to get in touch with Chrysler Canada. Maybe they could tell you who this is and lend some support for the CKCC. Wouldn't it be cool
if there was a real Chrysler Canada Archives with history on Canadian Mopars?

It's a classified site for buying and selling things like Craigslist but better, talking to the crazy guy's in wigs the point there trying to get across is that you can get nice cars for sale by owner through their site, it's true too I found my Sundance on there and they found the Wagon the same way.
