Chief,
That Allante looks great as well   The irony for me is that I had always wanted a white 93 (last year) Allante myself, and have come awful close to buying one on several occasions. I ended up buying a minty fresh 78 Vette with 30K actual miles, but I kinda regret that now and am offering it for sale. I still am a member of the Allante Owners Association as I figured I'd buy one sooner or later.

Your Allante looks smashing with those rims. I'd take one of those from Santa please

Thanks Chucky...you and I have more and more in common, and that's a good thing! I have loved Allantes ever since "JR Ewing" use to drive that silver one on "DALLAS!" I am an ACA (Allante Club of America) member and the Orange County Chapter Leader. They are not only unique, but they are also incredibly beautiful automobiles. You can never count out classic Pininfarina styling, and good old American ingenuity. I owned a couple of Corvettes, and I can honestly promise you that there is absolutely no comparison!

Chief,
I also like the exclusive feel of the Allante. They were few made in relation to a regular Cadillac and very expensive new. I think they are a bargain now, so I do want to get a nice white one with the hardtop when I can afford it. I still got a 93 Allante brochure I picked up at a dealer when it was new someplace in my storage.

I liked the power of the Northstar V8 and the cabin is very sharp looking with the LCD display on the radio, and the dash is cool as well. I did end up in a sharp white 94 Mark VIII for awhile that was minty fresh. It was a one owner fully loaded model from Ohio with 70K miles. I sold that to a girl I know who still loves it and drives it with great care. It was a very good, fast and reliable car overall.

The Mark VII's are very nice, but lately there seems to be a serious resurgent in the Mark VII line, especially the 91-92 LSC's. They are finally starting to garner some serious respect.
