I was asked, I got some for ya guys. According to my research, the car should look familiar really. the best comparison would be a lebaron coupe. honestly, I believe they may just be the same thing with a different name.

I have alot of work ahead of me and my 87 dodge 600 will fall victim to her for it. My room mate was beginning to trash the 600 so I figure i'll use the engine for the caravelle, (the original is less powerful and I chewed the tranny gears as an irrisponcible teen,) and keep the 600 body till I can find another 2.2turbo. you have no idea how fun this is going to be! sorry about the size issue... I took the photo's with my LG rumor phone... they aren't that big on the 1.5inch screen...

there's a few spots of rust on the back passtneger fender right under the trim and the flaps but as far as im aware, its all surface. i do intend on re-painting her. its always been a running gag about sporting her up a bit more than she is but with the 2.2trb its actually possible. the fatties on the back of a fwd is a little bit extreme though. that was part of the plans.

That is a rare needle in a haystack. The back is Chrysler. The front is plymouth. There is a difference. Now, I wonder about the 83-85 2dr and 4dr Caravelles. 8)

Ok, for all you people commenting about the tail lights, i did some searching and i came up with a photo of a 4 door caravelle with the same tails. I think they were used for caravelle's and lebarons alike. here's the link.

Thanks for searching. Actually, that may not be the case. The Caravelle and LeBaron taillighsts for 1986-1988 look almost exactly the same. The only way to tell the difference is that the Caravelle lights have 6 horizontal ridges all the way across. Your 2dr had more than that, and they were thinner and finer. I am guessing the 4dr 86 Caravelle version looked the same in Canada and US, but the 2dr Caravelle had LeBaron taillights. This is turning out really interesting and bizarre. Now, if only we could find some of these cars. 8)
