i'm so happy!! i'm sitting on my front porch looking at my lil 88 aries k, and swelling with pride. she was parked under trees at my hay man's farm for 4yrs. the first time i went into his yard(versus the hay field) i saw her...dejected, sad, dirty, and forgotton about. it was love at first sight!! i talked him into selling her for the scrap price of $200.

she arrived on a flat trailer....a little dirtier, but visably glad to be home. i spent the next 6hrs(in the dark) scrubbing and rubbing the ravages of time off her baby blue paint. i need to get a buffer and polishing compound....she will be good as new!!

Wow....it looks just like our 1988 Aries, same color and everything! There is some paint for plastic parts at your local Autozone for that black strip running around your car.

to be fair to my hay guy, he is the original owner. he didn't want to scrap it, he wanted it gone because no one drove it anymore, but he felt bad about it. i'm just glad i got my baby home(he delivered her for free )

anyway, still trying to get her revved into life again. once she decides to give that cute little rumble, i'll be crusin in style again
