We could expand this to "most improved car", "most beat-to-a-pulp" car, highest mileage car. Most modified, most ratrod. 8-)

Wasn't Justin and my car in last months vote. I would think that would disqualify them. There are other cars out there.

A personal opinion: The mud flaps take away the line of the car. Remove them and improve the appearance.

They were installed from the factory...on the back they say Reliant in black letters

in fact all of my cars have white mudflaps...
