Yelled at by someone at a car show over pillars.
Posted: Tue Jun 21, 2011 1:15 amI was at Bobs last Friday and admiring someone's 68-72 Chevy Chevelle Coupe. I mentioned that I thought it was the pillared sedan. We had a conversation where the guy lead
the talk and said "what do you mean its not a coupe?", and there was confusion. He said for me to open the door to see that it was a coupe. I didn't realize the chrome window frame
came down and thought it was a pillared coupe. It was really a hardtop. The owner proceeded to get mad and said "Hey, you f""kn moron, its a coupe!!! And rolled down the window and I saw what
appeared to be a pillar detach and now I finally saw it was a hardtop." I was a bit mad at this point having just been shouted yet, and as I left, I foolishly let slip out "Your buddy is a jerk", of course
out of earshot.
