Is there a code reader for the 1984 K cars and if so what brand is it and where can I purchase one.
We restored the 1984 Dodge 600 2 years ago.
It is sluggish when it shifts into 2nd gear and is an automatic.

No code reader needed. Turn the key, and wait, and count the flashes of the power loss light. Two flash, a pause, and three more flashes=23.
