Whenever I see a flash flood, I know for a fact that any place water took out a geographical area, means doom and the end of any old cars for that chunk
of land whatsoever. Manhattan was 25% inudated, so whatever was left is now a memory forgotten by all. Key West was 80% submerged in 2005, except for downtown.
Surprised anything shows up there at all. Finally, New Orleans had the highest rate of 1980s cars probably anywhere in the USA in 2005. Every block had a Caprice. Katrina
ended that forever.
