New job only lasted 7 day, what they didn't tell me was I was a fill in for a guy on vacation. I thought something was fishy since I didn't fill out a job app or tax forms. They didn't even ask if I had a drivers lic. Oh well, I did get $700 out of that f@@king foreigner.

Well..that sucks!!!!
You would think with folks not buying as many new cars, and keeping their old ones longer, that the need for experienced auto-mechanics would be higher than ever.
Around here, there are cars lined up in front of shops waiting to be waited on, in fact the last mechanic that worked on my car said it has been busier than ever since last November, and is working his 3 other mechanics over-time just to keep up.
