Turbo 4speed auto doable???

Ok So I am going with the 150hp turbo motor. And gonna fit a FMIC on it. PLus heat wrap the exhaust and intake and turbo and put a turbo glove on it. Since these are on the same side of the cylinderhead the heat transferre would be great and really rob power. Hoping this will help. I will also get a cone filter and rout it into the side fender so it picks up cold air. I will also heat wrap anything that makes heat uder the hood. LIke all the intake pluming and the rad hosses! So what you think I am hopping for about 160 to 170hp and 170 to 180 foot pounds of turqe. Reasinable? Also what turbo would bolt right up to this motor and only increase power by 20hp?
