Hi,
I think your looking for P/N 4227151 AIS motor and 4287714 O-ring kit. Arizonia Mopar has both listed, although pricey.
These AIS motos for the earlier throttle body are apparently hard to come by.

Correction on the Arizona Mopar- should be Arizona Parts, 480-966-6683 or www.arizonaparts.com
