Finally parting out the old Aries. May be selling the house and we are trying to clear everything out.

Blue 1988 Dodge Aries has been sitting in the driveway for 10 years - last started Summer 09.. All parts in working order only problem is rusted out rockers and now the frame. Car had only 150 thousand KM on, Interior is very clean. It has all original parts except the radio. PM me for any mechanical/interior parts, I will remove and ship anywhere in Canada and the States. Paypal is accepted. Thanks.

How did your windshield reservoir and radiator overflow bottle hold up through the years? Down here in FL, the heat kills that plastic, and both mine cracked, which appears right down the "molding line" where it was seamed together.

I'd really like a replacement :) In the mean time, I was able to "patch up" the overflow and washer fluid bottles with some WaterWeld epoxy stuff lol.....but with stuff like that, who knows how long it'll last.....

Question for ya, under that driver side vent, you have a little button/switch on the wood-grain trim. What is that? :) Your interiour looks identical to my 88....that's the only difference I see.

That little button under the vent is a rear window defroster, mandatory for cars in Canada 8)

Hey Bugs, they seem to be okay from top and side views.. the windshield washer actually has some 10 yr old washer fluid in it haha. I believe the radiator overflow bottle is okay as well, I drained the rad and refilled last summer and hadn't noticed any leaks. Would you like me to take them apart? Here's a recent photo taken last weekend when I started the car up for the last time.

I actually borrowed a fuel pump from my auto class, placed it in a bucket and connected it straight to the motor and battery. Started up perfectly! I guess the problem last summer was the fuel pump/filter/lines. Anyhow I made a video if anyone would like to see its last time running :)

Car looks identical in color exterior and interior and wheel covers, mine is a 1988 as well.

I need the drivers side black 4 inch plastic trim piece between the back tire and rear bumper....your looks like it is in better shape than mine.

If yours is a 2.5 liter, I would like the valve cover as well.

You can e-mail me direct at: jack.quinn09@comcast.net

in subject area, type 1988 Aries parts.

Thanks,

Jack
