Hello Friends, I removed the valve cover to adjust the valve clearance and noticed that there is quite a bit of slack in the timing chain on the forward side of the engine (side opposite the spark plugs). Looked for a chain tensioner to adjust..but could not find it. No auto parts store lists a tensioner for this early model 2.6 Mitsubitsi engine. Is it possible it doesn't have one and if not, how does one adjust the chain? It doesn't make a chain noise while running.. Thanks, Bob

there are 2 differnt chain guides shown in the part book
