K with a Ladder

Seen a 2nd gen K yesterday, the front passenger bucket was removed, along with the back window. The guy had an extension ladder sticking out the back window, he had tried to close the rest of the window off with plexiglass mounted in a wooden frame, like a truck slider window. Looked like the rockers were all gone, carpet was hanging down in the slush, the back bumper pushed almost flat, but it was still driving. Had lots of white smoke coming out from under the engine compartment too.
