Last Dodge Aspen nearby driven almost into crash.

Near my office, there is one sole surviving 1977 Dodge Aspen sedan parked in a residential area. Twice late at night, I have actually seen this rare specimen drive around. Well, last night I saw it driving on the wrong side of the road in the dark for three city blocks. The car was going 15-20mph. I have a feeling whoever was driving it was elderly and totally blind at night and just didn't realize it. This person could have killed him or herself. Fortunately, there was virtually almost no cars. The car is actually in very good condition and green. I know of just one other F body near my house that is a tan 70s Aspen. I know where some of the last survivors are. Need to get over to Sepulveda to get pics of the 1980 LeBaron woody wagon. I have even seen two 70s Diplomat coupes this year. Yet, I can never find an 82 LeBaron sedan.
