Trashed/beat to a pulp convertible

I saw today in my hometown a YELLOW 1986 Dodge 600 Convertible. Totally covered in massive gray unpainted spots and yellow paint. Frontend was crushed. Top was up. A very bizarre ratrod if ever I saw one. Maybe the owner inherited it and is trying to restore it.
