It was a miracle. 1980s cars on the freeway yesterday.

The best time of day to find maybe 3-4 80s cars on the freeway now in LA out of 2,000 is to stare at oncoming traffic and go off the freeway from eyeball strain fatigue, lol.

I saw some notable cars of yesteryear yesterday.

As we were getting on the I-5 in Sylmar, a dark brown 1980-1982 Oldsmobile Delta 88 2dr Sedan speeds alongside us and barrels ahead of us onto the freeway at about 75-85 mph!

About 15 minutes into the drive, a white 1981-1982 Chevy Caprice 4dr Sedan passes us in very good shape. Driven by this middle age bald guy. I bet he was the original owner.

On the streets, saw that the dented up woody 1970s Ford LTD Wagon still lives. Was moving under its own power down the street.

Also, saw a nice 1980 Buick Regal, 1980s Cadillac ElDorado, and a 1984 Pontiac 600 Ste Sedan driving.

Even saw that 1982-1983 Buick Century Sedan again!

Boy, old cars are so rare and scattered now, but nice to see a few still alive.

Oh, I forgot, for some strange reason, I still see a couple 80s Olds Cutlass Cieras every week. Even saw two driving down the road. For some strange reason, they now outnumber
Celebrities and any other surviving A body around here. A lot of them are in nice to mint shape too. I bet the word "oldsmobile" around here means "worth saving". Also, that one house
near my office still hase the 83 Mercury Cougar, 81 Olds Cutlass Supreme Brougham, and 85 Olds Delta 88 alive. Also, I am proud that my family and I own almost all the living 80s cars on our
street.
