Some great 1970's and 1980's classics for sale

Postby 82Lebaronconv » Tue Dec 14, 2010 2:39 am

Thought you might enjoy these photos taken this week from various online sources, mostly from Craigslist. A number of these cars are in my area (Central Connecticut). There's everything here from a magnificent 1979 Lincoln Mark V Bill Blass Edition to a rare, extremely low mileage 1986 Yugo being sold complete with an original dealership sign. Also, check out the mint 1983 Dodge Mirada and the 1979 Mustang Indy Pace Car Edition. Nice cars. There's also a stash of AMCs in the Albany, NY that I'd sure like to check out in person. Here is the link to my Photobucket album:

I did manage to add three new Chrysler K convertibles to my album of Chrysler K Cars. I especially like the 1984 T&C as this is my dream K car (an '84 or '85, preferably brown, must have the turbo). I'd love to trade my Formal Black '82 Base Model for the Manila Cream one I found on Autotrader, but unfortunately, this car looks pretty rough. Can't buy another car right now in any case. Oh well.....

Nice cars. I think its fun to see what will pop up on Craigslist, because you never know what people have been holding onto. Thanks for posting!

Thanks for the great stuff. I especially liked the Hornet Sportabout. My brother-in-law owned one of the early ones in that same yellow. I influenced him in his purchace of that car. I wish I had one now.

So many cars, So little time(and money)
