Caprice NYC Taxi off the road forever. There are still 80s Carpice Taxis in Tijuana and I even saw one on the road in Los Angeles last year.

Very dense with cars, trucks,parked cars,constant repair work(It's an old city), and millions of pedestrians traversing narrow streets and short blocks. You need the safest,best maintained vehicles. Manhattan is a place that sweeps you up in its own rhythm and you better hang on.
