I'm new to the K-car experience and need some advice. I just purchased a 1986 Lebaron Conv.Turbo and to my surprise, it turns out to be a Mark Cross model. I really don't know if this special edition is any more valuable then a standard model, but it's nice to have a special edition car and the car is in very good condition (body wise), but does need some mechanical work.. The seller told me???, he was willed this car from his grandfather and had no need for it. So he supposedly didn't know anything about the Mark Cross model, so he sold it kind of cheap. Could anyone tell me if there is really any additional value or collectiblity to the Mark Cross edition, would modifying the car bring the value down. Thanks
