Message center / travel computer does not work?

Hi,

I just purchase a white 1983 Lebaron T&C Mark Cross Edition Convertible with 87K miles. Its a good condition but the message center / travel computer does not work, (no power, it just dead) how do I fix it?

You might want to check the fuses.?????

Never had one myself..but that is where I would start!
