Bad Ground?

I have a 85 lebaron 2.2ltr 4 dr, Ive just replaced the alt, and the battery only to find that im not getting any charge to the battery, my guess is I have a bad ground somewhere, now that the million dollar question where in the heck do i start. any ideas maybe im evengoing in the wrong direction. help please

got it fixed, for anyone with the same problem, forget the replaceing the computer, for way cheaper you can just have some one wire in a after market regulator to your alt, the repaire cost me 150 bucks but a guy if he took the time and new where to splice could put one in by him self for much cheaper, now on to the front brakes, and timing belt,
