81 Reliant steering column change to tilt, need help!!

Hi everyone, I'm in the process of changing my 81 Reliants steering column which in a non tilt, to a tilt one.(It's kinda tight getting past the wheel with winter coats on). I have found a 82 Dodge Aries column that has tilt, but it doesn't have a lower mounting bracket on it. Does anyone know where I can get a mounting bracket that will fit the 82 Dodge Aries column and bolt on to the 81 reliant too.I have a shop manual for the 81 K-cars and exploded view of the tilt wheel column doesn't show a lower mounting bracket.

After talking with the dealership and a couple mechanics, I think maybe the perforated lower mounting bracket jacket that is on the non tilt column may be interchangeable with the tilt column. Has anyone had experience with this. Does the perforated jacket mount come off and go on another column? Hope somebody knows!!
