Spark sometimes but not others! WTH!?

Ok, I now have my PC back. Here is the issue. The carb is getting gas but no gas to Plugs? I am thinking it may have jumped time on me? Sparks fine, It will fire if you drop gas down the plug holes but not the carb?

Check the fuel filter first,then fuel pump.
Remove the fuel hose from the carb,disconnect the coil wire,and turn it over.
Check to see if gas shoots out the hose.If not,remove the fuel filter.
If you got gas,filter is clogged.
If still no gas,fuel pump is NFG>

Have you removed the timing belt cover and inspected the belt? may be able to tell if it lost a tooth or skipped.
