My '90 lebaron has been having some electrical issues lately. When I mess with the fan control my headlights dim. My radio's lights randomly become brighter.

Here is my audio issue. The speaker on the front passenger's side door randomly spews static, and other times sounds fine. It's all original radio and speakers.

I think u r halfway a short circuit or bad ground connection.
Probaly easy to fix with sandpaper but not easy to locate.

Try start with pulling out the speaker, clean the connectors.
Locate some black wire connected to the body. Check, clean and sandpaper with high number like 400 and up. If u have waterproof sandpaper, use some oil instead of water.
