86 Reliant power loss light worked and now doesn't

Postby 1p3bp » Sat May 09, 2015 3:12 am

So I've got pretty much everything straightened out on my 86 Reliant that hadn't been driven for the past 11 years. It's now driving and running great. I feel I could drive it anywhere. Today we just fixed a frozen caliper. I replaced both calipers and pads. It starts right up on the first try and runs down the road good, with great power, and stops good. However I did notice that the Power Loss Light doesn't come on when you turn the key to start it to do a bulb check. But a few weeks ago it was working and I haven't done anything different. Every light on the dash works, oil, seat belt, brights, signal, brake, and illumination. Is it more likely just a bad bulb or is it usually something else? Can you access the back dash bulbs underneather without pulling out the whole gauge cluster?
