So, I had the suspension replaced on my 88 woody wagon last year minus the Rear Coil Springs. I know my car originally had the air/coil spring combo. I'd like to replace the coil springs with Variable as I'm expecting this to be the best option I currently have without spending $$$$? I see MOOG C7709 as the part that comes up the most, but I'm wondering if this would be the best option for my Wagon ? Id also need new rubber spring insulators but Im having a hard time find this part. I know the ones on my wagon are currently shot. If anyone has any recommendations or could shoot me links to parts that they know would be ideal for my application i'd appreciate it.

I can't recommend a rear spring for you as the stock stuff has always done it for me but as far as your Isolators go
Arizona parts shows a few bits in stock as per the 1988 parts list for the Lebaron T&C :

1.) 4147759 REAR SPRING UPPER ISOLATOR shows two in stock

2.) 4228799 REAR SPRING LOWER ISOLATOR shows one in stock
