original 88 Aries 2dr 5spd base model w/ a 2.2 turbo engine swap done a couple owners back.

2.2 turbo engine. it "might" be a T2 motor since it had a 2 piece intake on it (seen in photos) but i bought it with an 89+ one piece intake. it also came to me with a garret T2 turbo and intercooler setup (keeping those)

NOS Lebaron cluster bezel (cost me $80)


1-1/8" front sway bar from an 89 Spirit ES turbo. a slight upgrade for the standard bar found on a run of the mill K car.

Glove Box Door is SOLD

Anyone wanting 2dr (maroon) interior parts, drop me a line. I need all these parts out of my shed and will haul it all off to the junkyard soon!

This distance is just so awful otherwise I'd be all over those seats...

i probably won't toss those maroon buckets, but i'm tripping over what to me is essentially junk since it won't work on a k wagon with an almond interior. it does suck that i'm in the far corner, away from most K car enthusiasts.

If you're gonna hack the car up let me know. If I can't sell mine I might keep it but I'll need some sheet metal sections. Floor/rocker panel areas, etc. thanks good luck

The West Coast and Washington seem to have the most Ks. Maine does suck for K-cars. There was a gray 83 E-Class for sale in your state four months ago in pristine shape.

sorry, but those are the very pieces i need for my car. i had to go to the Carolina's for this, although i have seen some good 4 door candidates closer to home come up for sale every once in awhile. i didn't just need fresh sheet metal, i also wanted the 87/88 5spd console for my wagon as well as needing the corresponding bracket welded to the floor and other bits like clutch/brake pedal combo, etc. my car survived the 15 or so New England winters (and subsequent salt spray) that it saw, relatively intact. what really did it in was sitting in my parents back yard, adjacent to the leach field for ten years. the undercarriage got inundated with moisture. the rockers are GONE and there are a couple holes in the floor that date back to when it was still on the road and just got a quickie patch job.

will be pulling the engine and trans and any other remaining parts in the next few weeks. body man finally started the restoration on my K wagon last week (blasted the rear qtr panels around the wheel wells and then moved it into the shop). he will need to start cutting patches out of this one pretty soon and the hope is to haul what's left right to the junkyard. i need every extra parking place at the house i can get!
