I agree with "Pete in NH" that there is a good chance the filter screen on the fuel pickup is partially clogged, and I would also replace the pump if I pulled it out and thought that it was an original pump. I think new replacement aftermarket fuel tanks are available if you need to replace the tank, but I suspect the quality is not as good as original Mopar.
As for the Turbo oil leak, I suggest posting your question identifying where the oil is leaking, and the best course of action to take assuming the Turbo does need new seals (rebuilt it yourself, send it to a specialist to get it rebuilt or obtain a new/rebuilt unit) - on the Turbo Mopar Forum (see link below).
