Conversion cluster pre cabled ?

Hi i have a lebaron 86 convertible and i live in Belgium and i have some questions.

Can i change an analog cluster by an electric cluster whithout change the wiring ?

Where can i find the paint code ?

My speed control don't work

My ignition key lamp don't work too

I want to have the electronic voice, power lock and power trunk (Marrk Cross)

That's possible ? thanks
