Service bullitin needed for PAF

Having ongoing problems with the pulse air feeder on my 2.6. Found a Q&A column from the '80s that is in PDF format that references a Chrysler Service Bulletin, with the numbers 09-11-82, P-856-C, and a date of April 5th, 1982.

Anybody have a copy or a way to view this bulletin?

Might have an answer as to why mine is popping back through the air cleaner.
